Terms of Use

You are agreeing to these Terms whether or not you have read them.
A link back to http://swtharmonygraphics.com MUST be on each page you use ANY of the graphics from here.
These Terms are subject to change at any time!I will NOT accept rude emails from ANYONE!
If you have a problem then please come to me so we can resolve any issues like adults.

GENERAL

Fotki, Photobucket, Forums, MSN, Yahoo, Google or any other groups DO NOT count as a website. If you apply using one of the above, your application will be deleted.
DO NOT use my graphics nor make sigtags from them, nor the graphics to make tubes etc, for use on LiveJournal, My Space or ANY 'live journal type' website. If found doing so your membership will be TERMINATED with NO REFUNDS!
Your membership logo MUST be displayed somewhere on your site, be it on a page of memberships, I dont mind. As long as I can find it.
You must never share your Username or Password with anyone. This will result in your membership being terminated.
Membership is for ONE person ONLY. If you have joint ownership of your site then BOTH parties MUST purchase a membership IF you want to tube anything for your members area.
NO REFUNDS once your account is activated.
IP's are logged so I know who accesses my site.
If you sell your site/members area your membership and licenses DO NOT transfer with ownership. You MUST remove anything you have made from my lineart etc from your site BEFORE the transfer of ownership.
You can not use my graphics for scrapbooking or offline use. I do not have commercial licenses for my memberships so therefore I can not allow it.

**LINEART**

You can not alter my lineart in any way without my written permission.
No 'As Is' use of my lineart unless you hold my 'As Is' license.
You can use YOUR coloured results of the outlines to make sigtags, adoptions, websets etc.
You can make tubes if you hold a tube license.
My lineart may not be used for writing tutorials unless you have my Tutorial license.

WEB SETS

These are for your own personal use on YOUR site and MUST NOT be passed around.
If anyone wants them they will need to purchase a membership.
My logo or text link must remain in the code.

**TUBES**

The TUBES I create are for you to make sigtags, adoptions, stationary and web sets etc.
They may NOT be used to create outlines, or used 'As Is'.
They MUST have a link back somewhere on the page you use them to swt harmony graphics.

**LICENSES**

TUBE LICENSES entitle you to tube YOUR RESULTS OF MY LINEART ONLY.
These come with all memberships apart from the 3 months.
They DO NOT allow you to tube the Special characters.
Special Character licenses are available at times for purchase.
You WILL NOT get one of these automatically with ANY membership.
They are also only available on 12 MONTH & LIFETIME memberships.

**TUTORIALS**

Do not take my tutorials and place them on any other site.
Do not claim them as your own.
Do not translate my tutorials without my permission.
Anything you create from my tutorials is yours to make sigtags, stationery, websets etc.
You MUST make your image different to mine, even if that is just changing the colours used.
You CAN tube your results and offer them inside a password protected area, providing they are different to mine.
Any lineart used for the tutorials remains the sole property of swt harmony graphics.
You may NOT claim them as your own and you CAN NOT redistibute the original lineart.
Copyright to the outlines used remain the property of any artist whose lines I use, for which I have tutorial licenses.
