TERMS of Membership
These Terms are subject to change at any time!

I will NOT accept rude emails from ANYONE!
Nor will I put up with members complaining to others!
If you have a problem then please have the courtesy to come to me first so we can resolve any issues like adults.
If I find any member has been complaining to others I will disable their account until the issue is resolved.
This stands whether we traded or you purchased a membership.

IMPORTANT!
ADDITION TO TERMS -- PLEASE READ!
DUE TO THE RECENT 'HIRING' OF EXTRA HELP IN MAKING SIGTAGS I FEEL IT NECESSARY TO ADD THIS TO MY TERMS.
YOU CAN NOT MAKE BLANK SIGTAGS, ADOPTIONS ETC WITH ANY OF MY LINEART OR TUBES ETC AND PASS THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE TO ADD NAMES TO. ANYONE FOUND DOING THIS WILL HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND AND ALL LICENSES WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID.
GENERAL

Fotki, Photobucket, Forums, MSN, Yahoo, Google or any other groups DO NOT count as a website. I will not spend time in future sending mails out to people who do not bother to read my Terms. If you apply using one of the above, then obviously you have not bothered to read them so therefore I wont bother giving reasons why your application has been denied.

Your site MUST be in ENGLISH or have an English translation.

Your membership logo MUST be displayed somewhere on your site, be it on a page of memberships, I dont mind. As long as I can find it.
YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO HAVE YOUR MEMBERS LOGO DISPLAYED !!

You must never share your Username or Password with anyone. This will result in your membership being terminated.
Membership is for ONE person ONLY. If you have joint ownership of your site then BOTH parties MUST purchase a membership IF you want to tube anything for your members area.
NO REFUNDS once your account is activated

IP's are logged so I know who accesses my site.

If you sell your site/members area your membershiplicenses DO NOT transfer with ownership. You MUST remove anything you have made from my lineart etc from your site BEFORE the transfer of ownership.

NONE OF MY GRAPHICS ARE TO BE USED FOR SCRAPBOOKING, PRINTABLES INCL. CARDS. I DO NOT HAVE COMMERCIAL LICENSES FROM MY OWN MEMBERSHIPS SO THEREFORE I CANNOT ALLOW ANYTHING HERE TO BE USED IN THAT WAY. NOR ARE THEY TO BE PASSED AROUND IN YAHOO,MSN,GOOGLE OR ANY OTHER GROUPS AS SNAGS AND SHARES.



**LINEART**

Some of my outlines are scanned images from colouring books etc but I take the time to prepare them as outlines and that can take some time to do. Therefore I claim the copyright to THAT OUTLINE not the original scanned picture.

You can not alter these in any way without my written permission. If I show an example of that outline coloured you MAY NOT take that image unless I offer it for download.

The OLs or images I have coloured must not to be passed around in emails or groups etc etc.

They may not be added to CD,s or collections.

They may not be offered for download on your site UNLESS it is coloured and has something else added to it. EG. If you make an adoption or sigtag, but just adding text is not enough. Add something you have coloured yourself.

You can use YOUR coloured results of the outlines to make sigtags, adoptions, websets etc for profit or not for profit.

You MAY NOT offer the outlines in any shape or form as they are.

My lineart may NOT be used for writing tutorials.

You CAN now offer your finished results as tubes/gifs, either free or for profit, providing you hold a tube license.
If you already hold a 'Tube License' this DOES NOT entitle you to tube the 'Special Characters'. If you have any doubts as to whether your license is valid please contact me. You can also check if your name is on the list of Special Character license holders on the page for the SC license holders.
SPECIAL CHARACTERS ARE NOW IN THEIR OWN PASSWORD PROTECTED AREA


WEB SETS

These are for your own personal use on YOUR site and MUST NOT be passed around. If anyone wants them they will need to purchase a membership.

You must have all codes in place on any page you use these web sets.
No Drag, No Image Toolbar, No Right Click and No Select Text.
All these are available from Dynamic Drive. MSN, YAHOO OR GOOGLE DO NOT ALLOW THESE CODES.

All web sets must be used with my logo on the page you use the web set and linked back to... http://swtharmonygraphics.com/


**TUBES**(.GIF graphics)

You must not pass any of the TUBES from here around in MSN, Yahoo or Google Groups.

These TUBES are for you to make sigtags, adoptions, stationary and web sets etc for profit or not for profit but they may NOT be used to create outlines, tubes (inc. gifs, jpegs or any other format) for free or for profit, nor may they be used in tutorials.

You MAY NOT offer them for download on your site as is, in collections or on CD.

They MUST have a link back somewhere on the page you use them to swt harmony graphics.

They MAY NOT be altered in any way other than adding another graphic or text.

You MAY NOT retube these TUBES other than for your OWN PERSONAL USE.

If you are found to be in breach of these Terms your membership will be deleted without warning and you will be asked to remove all graphics from swt harmony members area from your site.


**LICENSES**

TUBE LICENSES entitle you to tube YOUR RESULTS OF MY LINEART ONLY.
They DO NOT allow you to tube the Special characters.
Special Chracter licenses are available at times for purchase. You WILL NOT get one of these automatically with ANY membership. They are also only available on 12 MONTH & LIFETIME memberships.
If you have a 3 month membership, you WILL NOT receive a tube license as part of your membership. It wouldnt be fair for you to purchase a 3 months membership, download everything then not renew your membership and be able to tube.
You do not have to display your tube license on every page you have used my lineart, though it would be nice...lol. A 'Membership page' is fine.



New Addition to Terms

Anything you create from my tutorials is yours to make sigtags, stationery, websets etc.
You MUST make your image different to mine, even if that is just changing the colours used.
You CAN tube your results and offer them for free or for profit, providing they are different to mine.
Any lineart used for the tutorials remains the sole property of swt harmony graphics. You may NOT claim them as your own and you CAN NOT redistibute the original lineart. Copyright to the outlines used remain the property of any artist whose lines I use.
I reserve the right to amend these Terms as I see fit.

I am currently NOT trading memberships.

The members logo you will receive from me is below. It will be personalised with your name.
